CNC PRODUCTION MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

• Overseeing all aspects of the production process, with a focus on mold making, optimize production efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality operations while optimizing workflow, managing resources, and meeting production goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all operational excellence, cost-effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily operations of all departments.
• Production schedules and product quality
• Process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design and technology to seamless integration of new mold.
• Managing day-to-day operations, including planning, scheduling, and supervising production processes in mold making.
• Applying technical knowledge of mold making to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot mold-related issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Supervising teams of production, including mold makers, machine operators, and other team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Developing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensuring products, equipment, machine meet specifications, identifying areas for improvement and corrective action as necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Overseeing material and tool inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance of equipment and molds.
• Monitoring budget, labor, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of company assets.
• Maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to operations, performance metrics, and mold maintenance.

• 10+ years of experience in Production Management in manufacturing company.
• Experience with Automotive manufacturing industrial know-how, materials management, and related equipment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive; Master’s degree is preferrable.
