CNC Programming Leader

• Develop machining processes for new products, provide designs and machining solutions.
• Control the quality of components, optimize existing machining processes to fully meet quality requirements.
• Manage, assign, and supervise tasks for the programming team.
• Take responsibility for the progress and quality of new products. Complete the handover process and transfer technology to production for mass manufacturing.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve production issues and customer requirements.
• Maintain teamwork and closely collaborate with colleagues and management on production progress and risk management.
• Research and regularly update new technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Report to the CNC Production Manager.
• Working Time: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Cutting, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English.

Experience / Expertise:

• At least 2 years of experience in programming and 1 year in a team leader position.
• Strong programming knowledge and proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Inventor preferred).
• Deep understanding of machining methods and proficiency in measuring tools (CMM experience is an advantage).
• Knowledgeable in operating milling, turning, wire cutting machines, and tooling.
• Strong understanding of projections, geometric tolerances, and technical drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of cutting tools.
• Familiarity with problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
• Possess mid-level or higher management skills.
