Coach Specialist (Open for BPO/Sales Leader)

About the Role

As a Nesting Coach, you’ll support and train new prospectors, making sure they understand our working methods, follow the Nesting process, and reach their goals.

You’ll be both a coach and mentor, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to perform successfully in their roles.

What You’ll Do

• Coach and lead new prospectors to achieve their performance targets.
• Ensure the Nesting process runs smoothly (calendar, quality circle, evaluations, etc.).
• Track and evaluate performance, share regular feedback, and report results.
• Support the development of team members’ skills and motivation.
• Work closely with the Nesting Director and other departments (Purchasing, Training, HR, Recruitment).
• Ensure procedures, deadlines, and internal regulations are respected.

What You Bring

• Proven Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales, B2B Consulting, or the BPO industry and relevant fields.
• Hands-on Coaching & Development: A strong track record of training and coaching team members, with a focus on improving individual and team performance based on specific data and KPIs
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English and good command of computer tools.
• A dynamic, curious, and proactive mindset — you enjoy helping others grow and succeed.
