Working inside Collection Division to implement projects for Collection’s activities.
Analyse, evaluate customer profile and collections activities.
Regularly monitor, report projects and propose improvements to projects as assigned
Propose solutions to improve collection performance base on quality portfolio and objective segments.

Bachelor Degree, major: Math, Statistics, Banking, Economy, Business Management or
IT is preferable
At least 4 years’ experience working in related fields
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
Strong communication skill
Analytical and logical thinking
Growth Mindset and knowledge of system is preferable
