Color Matching Technician (1 person)

Main responsibilities:

• Learn paint color matching technology at  paint manufacturer in Hanoi
• Support paint color matching operations in HCM after training

Mandatory requirements:

• Must accept long-term training/business stay in Hanoi
• Will be dispatched to  paint manufacturer in Hanoi for several months to learn color matching knowledge and techniques
• Must be able to read and write English
• Good attention to detail and careful handling of formulation work
• Must be comfortable working with chemicals and paint odors
• Strong motivation to learn technical skills long-term

Preferred qualifications:

• Able to communicate in spoken English
• Good color sensitivity
• Knowledge of paints/coatings
• Practical experience handling paints/coatings
