· Cost & Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and mitigate supply chain risks.
· Market & Risk Analysis: Monitor global market trends, raw material costs, and supply chain risks to develop strategic procurement plans.
· Quality & Compliance: Ensure suppliers meet industry standards, environmental regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, RoHS, REACH, FSC).
· Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
· Sustainability & Innovation: Drive sustainability initiatives, explore alternative materials, and support product development with innovative, eco-friendly solutions.
· Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in procurement or commodity management, specifically in plastics.
· Strong knowledge of plastic and packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
· Experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.
· Knowledge in SAP, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
