Ensure factory compliance with local laws and customers’ requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain social & security compliance procedures and policies.
Monitor Firefighting, Environmental, Health & Safety systems.
Conduct monthly internal audits; prepare for customer/security audits.
Handle CAP: prepare, coordinate, and follow up on corrective actions.
Organize and participate in compliance-related trainings (HSE, first aid, etc.).
Manage and maintain compliance documents, forms, and logbooks.
Support departments in implementing compliance improvements.

Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 37 years old
Graduate from University
Have 3–5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or Assistant Compliance Manager in garment factories.
Solid knowledge of social compliance, sustainability, and Higg FEM; Vietnam Labor Code, environmental regulations, occupational health & safety laws, insurance law
Ability to conduct factory inspections and assessments based on Customer Codes of Conduct, Vietnamese regulations, and social responsibility standards.
