* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing support and suggestion from process perspective during RFQ.
• Preparing product feasibility study report.
• Preparing process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information.
• Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from process perspectives.
• Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems; Collecting information during trial-out build for product engineer.
• Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time.
• Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology.
• Hands-on experience in 2D and 3D software: Autocad, SolidWorks, NX.
• Knowledge of APQP, FEMA, MSA, SPC and PPAP is desired.
• Knowledge of composite materials, structures, and layers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
