Construction Engineer (Office & Site)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working time: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday ~ Saturday or follow project schedule)
• Work Location: HCM Office & Project Sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, etc. (Dynamic arrangement based on project requirements).
• Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirements in terms of specification and quality
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of sub-contractors
• Control the safety, schedule, quality, cost and instruct Sub-contractors
• Making shop drawing by AUTO CAD
• Follow renovation project.
• Follow Maintenance works.
• Other related tasks are assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Gender: Male
• Experience: 5- 10 years. At least 5 years of experience at construction site
• Education: Civil Engineering (Bachelor degree)
• English communication, can read and understand technical documents written in English.
• Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
• Having worked in Industrial project is advantage
• Having worked in Japanese company is advantage
