Content Specialist

• Content Creation: Develop engaging video content, graphics, and copy for social media, eCommerce, and B2B materials.
• External Collaboration: Manage partnerships with external content creators.
• Website Management: Maintain and update website content.
• Campaigns & Events: Support marketing campaigns and events with materials and execution.
• B2B/B2C/D2C Marketing: Create resources to drive lead generation and sales.
• Promotions & Sales Strategies: Develop and execute promotions to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
• E-commerce Growth: Identify new business opportunities on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
• Ad & Media Management: Lead TikTok ads (livestreams, shopping videos), and run ad campaigns across key platforms to optimize ROI.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs.
• Social Commerce & CRM: Stay updated on trends and develop CRM strategies for eCommerce platforms.
• Strategic Initiatives: Execute key projects assigned by the CEO & Deputy CEO to align with business objectives.

• 5+ years in digital media & ad campaign management (FMCG/F&B preferred).
• Expertise in performance marketing on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook.
• Strong analytical skills (CTR, ROAS, conversion optimization).
• Strategic mindset with teamwork & decision-making abilities.
• Experience in eCommerce, budget planning & team leadership.
