Assist with on-site surveys, installation, testing, and maintenance of MSoft/MGW/IMS/NGN equipment under guidance from senior engineers.
Support troubleshooting activities by helping with remote and on-site issue resolution.
Assist in providing technical solutions and hands-on support for MSoft/MGW/IMS/NGN products, with training and mentorship provided.
Collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, showing adaptability and willingness to learn under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cloud computing and virtualization concepts.
Interest in developing technical knowledge in 3G/NGN/IMS/IP Networks and Data Communication.
Familiarity with Huawei CS Core products (e.g., iManager U2000, UMG8900, UPCC) is a plus but not required.
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
