Corporate Finance Analyst (Investment)

1. Capital Raising

• Assist in evaluating and executing equity, debt, and hybrid financing opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling, analyses, data consolidation to support funding strategies.
• Prepare investor presentations, memorandum, and related marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, etc., to facilitate the capital-raising process.

2. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

• Assist in analysis, financial modelling & valuation, due diligence, preparing teasers, deal memo for potential acquisitions.
• Support the negotiation and structuring of deal terms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during transaction execution and post-merger integration.

3. Business Development Initiatives

• Monitor industry trends and provide insights on market dynamics to identify strategic business development opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and the board of directors.
• Support strategic business development initiatives, including desktop research, sector analysis and financial analysis & forecasting.

4. Portfolio Reporting and Others

• Periodically update performance and report and provide insights of existing portfolio.
• Other reporting tasks, administrative work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA, ACCA designation preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
