ROLES:

As a Corporate PR Assistant Manager, you will lead PR, Media and KOL strategies across DAFC’s brand portfolio, cultivating and leveraging strategic relationships with media partners and influencer networks to maximize brand exposure, corporate reputation and customer engagement.

The role supports both Brand Marketing Teams and DAFC Corporate projects, contributing to strategic planning, campaign execution, corporate PR initiatives and high-value celebrity collaborations aligned with luxury brand positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to PR and KOL strategy development aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals, supported by market and trend research.
  • Define media priority, placement and exposure strategy across DAFC’s brand portfolio, while building and managing long-term media partnerships.
  • Support overall communication plans to ensure brand consistency and effective message delivery across all PR and KOL activities.

2. Media Relations

  • Lead and manage relationships with key media outlets, fashion editors and journalists to support brand and corporate communications.
  • Oversee and negotiate media placements, bookings, interviews, sponsorships and press inquiries across DAFC’s brand portfolio.
  • Ensure the development and delivery of press materials, monitor media coverage, and review reporting on visibility and communication effectiveness.

3. KOL Strategy

  • Define long-term KOL strategy for first-line brands and awareness-driven KOL approach for second-line brands, with focus on product review and TikTok.
  • Lead influencer selection, relationship management and negotiations, ensuring alignment with luxury positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee KOL execution, performance tracking and optimization via Supervisors, ensuring brand safety and ROI.

Others: Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by the Line Manager in line with business needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields

Experience:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in media relations, influencer marketing or public relations.
  • Experience in an Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior Sup role is highly preferred.
  • Have an extensive network with media partners, KOLs, preferably in luxury, fashion or premium retail.

Skill/ competence:

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience securing high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, luxury market dynamics, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, work hard and work under pressure
