Costing Executive (Vsip 2)

1. Pricing – 95%

• Receive pricing requests from the Product Development (PD) department.

• Analyze the color, dimensions, and technical drawings of labels, boxes, and related items.

• Select materials suitable for each order.

• Coordinate with the Department Manager and relevant departments to determine the most effective approach for the order.

• Select appropriate machinery for production and operation.

• Prepare print layouts for products to optimize efficiency and minimize material waste.

• Calculate and provide the product cost to the PD and Sales department.

2. Other Tasks – 5%

• Monitor and update pricing information in the SAP system.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• College degree or higher in Printing Technology, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience in product costing, including material analysis, production process evaluation, and cost optimization.

• Good English skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a work environment.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of colors, products, machinery, and equipment used in product manufacturing is an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
