JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Country Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Vietnam. This is a key leadership role that will drive revenue growth, develop a high-performing team, and strengthen the company’s market presence. You will work closely with the Thailand Head Office to align strategy and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building teams, creating strategies, and delivering measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Market Development
- Lead and manage all sales operations in Vietnam to achieve company targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
- Localize and implement the company’s business model to fit Vietnam’s market while maintaining brand identity
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build a strong internal culture and recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set KPI, monitor performance, and implement training programs as needed.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Expand and maintain a wide network of key clients and business partners.
- Manage customer data and meeting records in the internal system to ensure accuracy
Branding & Reporting
- Roll out a consistent branding and customer engagement strategy nationwide.
- Act as the key liaison between Vietnam and the Thailand Head Office for reporting and implementation.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to company-wide projects when required.
REQUIREMENT (Please send CV in English)
1. Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, with willingness to learn and adapt.
2. Cultural flexibility, especially in navigating Thai–Vietnamese work dynamics.
3. Proven leadership and people management skills.
4. Experience in B2B sales, preferably in office supplies, printing products, or related fields.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work independently, think strategically, and deliver results under pressure.
