Develop and pitch original concepts and formats that align with Metub Originals’ content direction (reality, talkshow, variety, drama, etc.).
Work closely with talents, directors, writers, and stakeholders to create compelling, viral, and audience-relevant content.
Oversee the full production process, from pre-production to shooting and post-production, ensuring content quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with production, post-production, and distribution teams to align on creative direction, visual identity, and content release strategies.
Track content performance (views, engagement, audience feedback) and recommend improvements for future productions.
Stay updated on regional and global content trends to inspire fresh directions for organization.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer, Content Producer, or similar role in entertainment, media, or digital content.
Proven hands-on experience producing talkshows, movie/web dramas, reality shows is a major plus.
Highly creative, trend-savvy, and proactive with a strong ability to both catch and set trends.
Excellent project management and teamwork skills.
Strong ability to create proposals/formats and pitch ideas effectively.
Solid understanding of digital platforms like YouTube and TikTok, and online audience behavior.
A strong network in the entertainment industry (artists, directors, writers, etc.) is an advantage.
