Credit Card Product Executive

Product Development & Management

• Coordinate with functional teams to develop or improve product features and function.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to suggest product improvements.
• Track product performance metrics and generate regular reports.

Policy & process Management

• Design and improve Policy and Operational process
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Well coordination with functional teams to control the service quality and business operating
• Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking industry, preferably experience in finance companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of credit card products and market.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Basics work with Microsoft Office tool
