Job Summary:
- Responsible for overseeing CRM operations, including customer data management, loyalty programs, and customer engagement activities to drive business growth
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and effective utilization
- Analyze, find out insights, solution & process improvements to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CRM & loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
- Own and ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of customer data across CRM system.
- Analyze customer and sales data to generate insights and support business decision-making.
- Oversee CRM operations, including data management, system updates, and process optimization.
- Manage customer communication and support trade marketing activities, including POSM planning and inventory control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Experience from 1 to 2 years of in Marketing or related roles. Experience in Construction Materials industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication in English.
