Take full ownership of overall compliance performance for both factories, including social, environmental, health & safety compliance.
Ensure continuous compliance readiness for announced and unannounced audits (Higg FEM, Higg FSLM, SLCP, customer audits).
Develop, implement and monitor annual compliance plans for both factories.
Track compliance KPIs, risks, gaps and corrective actions across both sites, and report regularly to management.
Review and validate all compliance-related policies, procedures and records to ensure consistency between factories.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, EHS, Engineering, Production) to ensure compliance requirements are embedded in daily operations.
Lead root cause analysis and CAP closure for audit findings, violations, incidents or legal non-compliances.
Monitor changes in Vietnam labor law, EHS, fire safety and environmental regulations, and ensure timely updates and implementation.
Oversee fire safety, building safety, chemical management, waste management, PPE usage and emergency preparedness for both factories.
Manage and support factory compliance staff (if any), ensuring alignment and capability building.
Act as the main compliance escalation point for management, brands and external stakeholders.
Support internal management review meetings related to compliance and sustainability.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Law, Environmental Studies, Engineering, Social Sciences, or similar).
At least 3–5 years of experience in factory compliance, sustainability, or audit-related roles.
Hands-on experience with Higg FEM/FSLM, SLCP, or social compliance audits.
Good understanding of Vietnam labor law, EHS, and fire safety regulations.
Strong documentation, coordination, and audit-handling skills.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently across two sites.
