Mô tả Công việc

Responsibilities:

Customer Care

  • Provide professional and responsive customer service to parents and students.
  • Conduct follow-ups on re-enrollment processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular facility checks to maintain safety and operational standards.
  • Support daily student pick-up procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Reception and Cashier Duties

  • Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Collect tuition fees and other payments; prepare and issue receipts accurately.
  • Handle banking transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage student documents, ensuring confidentiality and proper filing.

Administrative Support

  • Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of office and teaching supplies.
  • Prepare and process payment requests and related administrative documents.
  • Support attendance management and record-keeping systems.
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities, providing logistical and administrative support.
  • Coordinate and assist with student outings and special events.

Reporting

  • Prepare reports related to student enrollment, re-enrollment, and savings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for management review.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in G Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and related applications).
  • Good command of English is preferred.


Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, education, or administrative roles.
Required Education and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
