Job Purpose: To measure the customer experience at each staff and customer interaction point with the ILA brand. Working Relationships:
The CE Officer will work closely with each department with-in the business. They will provide satisfaction feedback from both staff and customers to the relative departments.
Internal: Each department within the business
External: Each customer of ILA and some customers of our competitors
Listed are the main responsibilities of the CE Officer:
Track staff and customer satisfaction at each interaction point with the business.
Report to each business department the staff and customer satisfaction scores.
Collect the verbatim feedback of staff and customers and re the findings to the relevant department within the business.
Prepare reports and meetings between CE and the other departments within the business.

College/University Degree
Customer service oriented and passionate about experience.
Language: English and Vietnamese
Computer: Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint (or like presentation system)
Ability to learn and keen to improve knowledge in the field of Customer Experience.
