- Handle customer complaints and quality issues in a timely manner.
- Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5Why, Fishbone.
- Coordinate internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- FATP RTV, REL FACA and report to Customer.
- Meeting with Customer for report review
- RMA solving
- Regular meeting with FATP for quality issue
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field)
- Strong understanding of: Quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan), Problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Strong project management skills (timeline, risk, stakeholder management)
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English 3ppls
- Skills in creating reports using PowerPoint and presentation.
