Mô tả Công việc

Key Objective of Role

The key objective of this role to support the Customer Service Department in coordinating project activities, managing documentation, tracking project progress, and ensuring accurate reporting in compliance with company procedures and ISO standards.

Key Accountabilities

1. Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Maintain and update project tracking data throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate delivery plans and monitor project schedules
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports, including shipment and fabrication status
  • Track project progress and proactively follow up on delays or issues with relevant teams

 2. Documentation & Contract Management

  • Prepare and administer sales contracts for new and ongoing projects
  • Process document signing via Docusign and maintain proper filing systems
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date

3. NCR Management

  • Record and maintain a log of customer NCRs
  • Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely investigation and closure
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal teams

4. ISO Documentation

  • Prepare and compile ISO documentation for completed projects on a quarterly basis
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with ISO standards
  • Revise and update documentation based on feedback from the CS Assistant Manager.

5. Customer Visit Arrangement & Expense Handling

  • Arrange logistics for customer visits (transportation, accommodation, meals)
  • Handle expense claims, advance requests, and supporting documentation
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for internal activities

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Admin, or similar roles.

Skills/Competency:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
