OBJECTIVES:
· Support the nominated Vietnam Hardlines Lab with accurate and timely administration and marketing activities to support the section becoming the clear number 1 in the BL in Vietnam (Market penetration, customer impact, quality, innovation, operation excellence and people).
ROLES:
· Liaise with clients/ GBL for all correspondence including inquiries, quotations, receipt of orders, payment.
· Strengthen relationship with clients; receive their feedback and have proper actions; coordinate with Vietnam Hardlines Lab Manager to settle client complains and claims.
· Define potential clients and approach them via phones, emails, etc.
· Initiate promotion schemes and other marketing activities.
· Support Administrators with invoices, reports if required.
· Continuous updating and filing of all documents in Vietnam Hardlines Lab / Inspection Hardlines including File Management Checklist and W/O book.
· Support the Section Heads and Sector Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Heads and Sector Manager.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
· Customer impact/satisfaction and market penetration.
· Revenue growth of the Section.
· Delivery of test reports on time.
· Deliver invoices within 5 days of the completion of the job.
· Quality (e.g., consistency claims, complaints).
· Outstanding payments for services rendered to clients.
PROFILE / COMPETENCIES OF THE PERSON REQUIRED:
· Chemical College graduated or above.
· English level B equivalent.
· Good communication skill.
· Typing and computer skill.
