Customer Service Staff - Nhân viên dịch vụ khách hàng

- Deal directly with customers

- Receiving booking information and creating booking in system

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to handle and resolve concerns or special requirements

- Make daily report, list container and lifting of vessels in week

- Follow up vessel plans

- Act as positive member for team to support assignments

- Implement job rotation from MGM as needed

- More detail will be discussed during interview

- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Have at least 1 year experienced in Container/ shipping line or Forwarding company
- Full-Tme position(s) available.
- Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork
