Prepare PI and input orders to BOSS. Handle invoicing process and money collection (via bank accounts or cashier).
Track orders and provide information requested by clients.
Input order information into job management file for controlling productivity, revenue...
Comply with QHSE policy & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, ISO17025, etc.).
Cooperate with other teams to reach revenue target, transfering better service for customers.
Other duties as requested by team leader/ CS Supervisor.
For Senior Staff :
- Support team leader in managing team and training new staffs. Take responsibility in case team leader is on leave or absent .
- Observe the daily workloads of team members and suggest leader to make adjusments to ensure adequate coverage and correct procedures are followed.
Educational background:
Fresh graduates with a degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology.
Candidates from other majors must have 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
Experience:
Senior CS Staff: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at SGS Food Laboratory or other laboratories.
CS Staff: Fresh graduates with a major in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology, or candidates from other majors with 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Typing and computer skill
• English level B or equivalent
• Good communication skill
