Job Description
Follow up and monitor testing request by applicant.
Communicate and Co-operate with Customer and Lab to work procedure smoothly
General duties
Review test application & prepare worksheet for lab section
Distribute testing report to customers
Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
Deal with complaints regarding the customer feedback.
Monitor testing job and progress
Update client’s requirements.
Cooperate with sales & finalization staffs for job proceeding.
Experiences:
At least 2 years work experience as Customer Service Executive, preferably from 3rd party labs
Education Background, Major
Graduated from University or College from Textile major or Chemistry back ground is better
Foreign Languages Skills
English: Reading Document, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Chinese language is of advantage
