Customer Services Officer (Hybrid working)

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam plus contract manufacturing partners in China.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer who responsible to work closely with US team, customers to deliver fast and excellent service quality.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Use experiences, related skills to perform the following:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels (email, phone)
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• Good command in English and Vietnamese.
• 2+ years of related experience
• Have similar experiences in industrial products is an advantage.
• Experience in using SAP, JDE systems is preferrable.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Good at customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly.
