Receipt of customer feedback on quality; collaboration between customer and factory to find a proper solution
Support all related departments develop new samples and projects
Support the Sales and Customer Service Leaders achieve department objectives
Follow up all jobs related to customer service to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
Receive inquiries and track orders from start to finish.

Excellent computer skills: Email, Excel, Word...
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
At least one year of experience in customer service or sales
Teamwork spirit
Professional working manner and attitude
Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment
Experience working with and interacting with ERP systems is required
Willing to be trained but must have a clear career orientation toward customer service and the furniture industry
