Customs Manager

- Follow & control the target of the Operation department monthly, especially cost maximizing.

- Support Sales & Commercial teams to increase the volume of cargo, especially the bidding.

- Monitor the daily working of staff:

+ Develop performance of the customs declaration team.

+ Ensure the performance of trucking and delivery.

- Consult customers in customs regulations.

- Increase customer centricity mindset in team.

- Reduce the complaints from customers to maximum

- Manage team to meet deadline of daily operation work such as system input, billing, report, etc.

- Meet customers’ requirements following SOP.

- Manage vendor and suppliers.

- Build and standardize BU’s SOPs where necessary.

• Candidates must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Customs Clearance, handling a diverse range of cargo types, and managing teams of 10 or more members.
• Strong understanding of current regulations, circulars, and policies related to Import-Export Tax and Customs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with good relationships with relevant authorities in the Northern region (Hanoi, Noi Bai, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Gia Lam, etc.)
