• Strong knowledge import export activities and able to present customs issues to the Management in timely manner.
• Follow and manage Import Clearance as production plan, delivery schedule to ensure the goods arrive factory on time.
• Good experience all the kind of import, especially with E31, A12, H11, A42.
• Have knowledge and experience for applying HS code of materials, spare part, machines & products in furniture factory.
• Update Customs regulation, inspection policy for import shipments.
• Able to use VNACC systems & ERP system.
• Support relevant department to advise import information and process.
• Control FTA certificate of origin to ensure they are correct to submit Customs authority to get tax preferential.
• Make import report, Customs KPI, VTO …
• Support the subordinates to solve and fix any issues.
• Other tasks are required by Manager.   

1. Education:

Graduated in University, College (Import-export is advantage)

2. Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experiences in import export department of garment, shoes, bag, furniture companies.

3. Knowledge of:

Internet, Email, Microsoft office, VNACCS, ERP, website of government.

4. Skills and Abilities:

Good communication, solving problem and import export working skills.
