Cutting Manager

Manage all activities of the Cutting Department, including receiving production plans, preparing patterns, markers, materials, and executing cutting schedules.

Develop cutting plans for each order and coordinate with relevant departments (Planning, IE, QA, Sewing, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery.

Supervise spreading, cutting, fusing, and inspection processes to meet technical and quality standards.

Control fabric consumption, minimize waste, and optimize productivity and equipment usage (manual cutting, band knife, automatic cutter, fusing press, spreading tables, etc.).

Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of approximately 30 employees, including workers, team leaders, and supervisors.

Ensure compliance with factory regulations, safety, and 5S standards.

Prepare regular reports on productivity, quality, progress, and material usage to the Production Director or Factory Manager

College or University degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within an export-oriented Woven garment factory (preferably with products such as blazer, jacket, dress, skirt, etc.).

Strong knowledge of cutting processes, marker control, material consumption management, and fusing techniques.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.

Good communication skills in English; Chinese is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office; experience with Marker or ERP systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under high pressure.
