Mô tả Công việc

  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to support CRM and personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from CDP, CRM, Data Warehouse, and other business systems using SQL.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated dashboards and reports to monitor key business and campaign performance metrics such as conversion, retention, customer lifecycle, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to validate data pipelines, improve data quality, and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.
  • Conduct Customer Analytics using methodologies such as RFM Analysis, Cohort Analysis, Customer Segmentation, Funnel Analysis, and Customer Journey Analysis.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through pre- and post-campaign analysis, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with Growth, CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, and E-commerce teams to deliver analytical support, data extraction, and business recommendations.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar solutions to improve SQL development, reporting automation, and analytical productivity.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Growth Analytics, Customer Analytics, CRM Analytics, or similar roles, preferably within Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, or Technology companies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience working with Data Warehouse environments and large-scale datasets.
  • Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CRM platforms, or customer data ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of Customer Analytics, Customer Segmentation, RFM, Cohort Analysis, Funnel Analysis, and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Data Quality Management and collaborating with Data Engineering teams on ETL processes and data validation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to automate data analysis, SQL development, and reporting is a strong advantage.
  • Basic English communication skills.
