Mô tả Công việc

  • Measure end-to-end performance of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
  • Calculate campaign P&L and charge-back allocation across Business Units (BU).
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated performance dashboards and recurring reports.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to analyze large datasets from the Data Warehouse.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain high standards of data quality.
  • Analyze customer behavior through segmentation, RFM, Cohort Analysis, and other analytical models.
  • Collaborate with Business, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve SQL development, reporting automation, and analytical efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience working with Data Warehouse environments.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Metabase, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of Customer Analytics, Customer Segmentation, RFM, and Cohort Analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of P&L analysis and business performance measurement is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and automate analytical workflows is a plus.
