Data Automation & Data Analytics Internship | Remote

About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Automation & Data Analytics Intern to join our remote team. This internship provides hands-on experience in data analysis, workflow automation, data management, reporting, and dashboard development.

You will work with real business data and help improve processes by turning manual, repetitive tasks into efficient, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain automated data workflows and processes.
• Work with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Integrate data from different systems and sources.
• Monitor automated workflows and troubleshoot data or process issues.
• Perform data quality checks, including identifying duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
• Research and recommend tools or approaches to improve data and reporting workflows.
• Document automation processes, datasets, and analytical findings.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

equired Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas is a plus.
• Understanding of data cleaning, visualization, and reporting.
• Interest in automation, APIs, and workflow optimization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Apache Superset.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of data pipelines or ETL processes.
