Data Entry Intern

Job purpose:

• Provide complete drug information to users and enhance the company’s customer service experience on the system

Responsibilities:

• Collect, upload, and update images of all products distributed by the company on the system
• Collect, upload, and update product descriptions and user manuals for all products distributed by the company on the system
• Ensure the accuracy, appropriateness, validity, and visual quality of product images and information according to standards and under the guidance and approval of the direct manager
• May take on additional tasks related to e-commerce

Functional competencies:

• Able to plan work and ensure daily progress
• Careful and precise when performing operations on the system

Skills:

• Good MS Office skills / Proficient in computer skills
• Hardworking, patient, with high perseverance and resilience
• Basic banner design skills (Canva)
