Data Entry / Nhân viên nhập liệu đơn hàng

Accurately enter orders into the company’s system/files in a timely manner.

Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) team to ensure orders are properly entered and followed up smoothly.

Support the CS team in monitoring order status and handling ad hoc tasks when required.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of data.

Assist in preparing simple reports related to order processing when needed.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Basic knowledge of office software.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to support ad hoc tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
