Collaborate with the CIO to define and execute SHBFinance’s technology and digital development strategy in alignment with KS Bank’s strategic direction.
Lead modernization of legacy systems toward cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices architectures.
Ensure seamless technology integration and alignment with KS Bank’s group IT standards and best practices.
Explore and adopt innovative technologies such as AI, data analytics, process automation, and digital lending platforms to enhance competitiveness and efficiency.
2. Software Development & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle — from solution design to implementation and release.
Establish and maintain engineering best practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.
Manage internal and external (vendor/partner) development teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality systems on time and within budget.
Collaborate closely with business units to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technology solutions.
3. Standards, Policies, and Compliance Alignment
Ensure all development activities adhere to SHBFinance’s and KS Bank’s IT policies, architecture standards, and GRC guidelines.
Promote a culture of compliance with established frameworks while driving agility and innovation in technology delivery.
Coordinate with the GRC, Security, and IT Operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient system development practices.
4. Leadership & People Development
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams across multiple disciplines (software engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps).
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and accountability within the Information Division.
Identify and nurture future leaders within the IT organization to sustain long-term growth and transformation capacity.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technology or software development leadership, with at least 5 years in senior management roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation or digital development programs in financial services, banking, or fintech sectors.
Deep technical expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, API frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, SDLC management, and secure software practices.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across multinational and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
