Deputy Manager - Safety Section

- Responsible for developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

- Implement and deploy activities about Hygiene, Safety and Fire Fighting to ensure that comply with company regulation and law’s requirement.

- Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.

- Orientation for improvement of the Company's occupational safety and hygiene - fire fighting and protection items.

- Investigate incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement, aiming to create a safe and compliantce workplace environment.

- Improve the regular monitor of compliance with the use of PPE, internal regulations - safe working procedures, and labor hygiene in departments.

- Timely monitor and detect remaining unsafe issues and find appropriate solutions.

- Complete and always improve safety control's processes and regulations for factories, offices, employees, customers, partners, and contractors working at SGP.

- Improve inspection and control of the Company's fire protection system, ensuring it always in good operating condition.

- Build the budget and control the using of approval budget with each section’s activities.

- Responsible for purchases related to Occupational safety and health and Fire prevention and fighting

- Perform other jobs as requested of superiors.

- At least 5 years experience in working with Hygiene, Safety and Fire Fighting activities.

- BSc/BA in safety management or relevant field is preferred

- Knowledge about Hygiene, Safety and Fire Fighting, understand clearly about related law’s requirement.

- Proficiency in office skill.

- Basic English.
