Deputy Plant Manager (Phó Giám Đốc Nhà Máy)

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in beer, beverages or food manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role as Brewing Manager, QA Manager, Packaging Manager or Engineering Manager.
• Experience in a brewery or beverage manufacturing is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of brewery production processes and filling/packaging operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, occupational safety, and environmental management systems.
• Technical knowledge of direct and indirect materials required for brewing and packaging of beer.
• Knowledge of beer brewing and packaging technology and equipment.
• Aptitude and skill in understanding and using quantitative information.
• Knowledge of production planning, control, and Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of materials, inventory, and financial control.
• Good knowledge of computers and applications.
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English.
