Deputy Production Manager (Woven)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Deputy Production Manager (Woven, $1700, ID21409):

• Collaborate closely with the Factory Manager to control, direct, and oversee all daily woven garment manufacturing procedures.

• Track constantly and evaluate critical metrics regarding production output, operational efficiency, quality standards, and delivery schedules against defined strategic targets.

• Act as the primary bridge to synchronize workflows and optimize internal resource allocation across multiple departments, including Planning, IE, Technical, QA/QC, Warehouse, and HR.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at boosting line productivity, re-balancing workloads, and eliminating waste throughout the assembly process.

• Detect and pinpoint manufacturing bottlenecks promptly under the production floor to execute immediate corrective actions and sustain an uninterrupted workflow.

• Enforce strict compliance with global quality metrics, occupational safety standards, and internal corporate regulations.

• Formulate a structured development framework to train, coach, and upgrade the operational capabilities of production supervisors, line leaders, and sewing operators.

• Synthesize and perform deep data analysis on periodic plant performance reports to deliver actionable optimization proposals to the Board of Directors.

• Hold ultimate accountability for key performance indicators: optimizing productivity, enforcing rigorous quality controls, managing manufacturing costs, and securing on-time shipments.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in woven garment manufacturing, featuring at least 2 years in a proven supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Demonstrate extensive technical expertise in woven garment manufacturing workflows, industrial sewing operations, efficiency enhancement strategies, and fundamental industrial engineering (IE) methodologies.

• Showcase a strong track record of leadership, people management, and shop-floor team coordination.

• Exhibit highly developed analytical capabilities, sharp problem-solving skills, and top-tier communication proficiency.

• A good command of English is highly preferred to facilitate professional communication.
