Deputy Production Manager

· To comply with the International ISO 9001: 2015 ; ISO14001: 2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Standard and provide full corporation and support to the Environmental Management Committee (EMC).

· To fully use PPE supply by the management and maintain an adequate standard of (5S) housekeeping in work place.

· To be conscious of any Environmental, safety and health awareness related to EMS.

· To prevent any pollution to environment and minimize environmental impacts.

· Ensure the quality levels required by product specification is strictly followed and compliance to quality documentation.

· Ensure that the general wastes, schedule wastes and non-conforming materials segregated and disposed off according to EMS.

· Review of raw materials and inventory planning.

· To plan and review customer order requirement and delivery schedule is met.

· Prepare and review work instruction, product specification and quality plan.

· To monitor and maintain the production process in ensuring finished goods are conform to specifications.

· Provide effective corrective action on quality problems.

· To assist in production Machines troubleshooting and ensuring that the preventive maintenance is carried out.

· Liaison with suppliers on company products & machinery.

· To supervise and assist subordinates in the production process.

· Formulating & recommending all necessary planning requirements of the company.

· Ensuring prompt attention to all suggestions of improvements.

· Responsible to ensure that all electrical facility/maintenance system compliance with the statutory requirement, environmental and safety standard.

· Ensure to maintain, rectification and trouble shoot of electrical systems, air-condition system, fire system, building, plant, machinery and equipment.

· Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the plant, as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.

· To carry out/implement instruction issued by the management.

· Ensure work is carried out following Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction.

· To report any incident and accident occurred and to carry out preliminary investigation of the incident. Incidents include any unsafe acts such as near misses.

· Implement Site Emergency Action Plan when required.

· Maintain standard of hygiene.

· Ensure that work is carried out following Management of Change and are with proper Work Permits.

· To be accountable & responsible for the company on any/all duties assigned.

· To perform product training and briefing.

· To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

· Cooperate with HSE to inspect and supervise contractors acccording to SMS to ensure safety.

Ø  Cử nhân ngành hóa chất hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan / Bachelor of Chemist Engineer or related majors

Ø  Từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương. Experience: at least 5 years at same position.

Ø Sử dụng tốt Tiếng Anh. Good command in English
