Role Purpose
Shape how the brand is perceived by consumers through creative ideas and a consistent visual identity, going beyond execution into concept development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation
- Develop concepts for campaigns, key visuals, and brand activities
- Contribute from early-stage ideation, not just execution
2. Art Direction & Brand Visual
- Define and maintain visual direction across channels (digital, POSM, events)
- Ensure consistency with brand identity
3. Design Execution
- Deliver creative assets (KV, social content, POSM, packaging)
- Work with production teams to ensure output quality
4. Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing team and agencies
- Contribute creative perspectives to campaign development
