Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure product samples are accurately documented through image capture
• Maintain organized sample and image libraries
• Provide reliable visual references for product comparison, evaluation, and knowledge retention.

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product sample imaging and visual record management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product image capture and design capabilities, with a good understanding of image composition, lighting, branding, and brand identity.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to support sample evaluation and study activities.
• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; responsible, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Monitor work progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project delivery.
