Mô tả công việc / Job Description:

• Thiết kế 3D các sản phẩm figure, model, diorama phong cách anime bằng phần mềm máy tính / Create 3D designs for anime-style figures, models, and dioramas using computer software.
• Thực hiện texturing nhân vật, hand-painting (digital), và phát triển visual/ look development cho sản phẩm / Handle character texturing, digital hand-painting, and overall look development.
• Đảm bảo tối ưu tài nguyên và quy trình làm việc hiệu quả trong sản xuất 3D / Ensure resource optimization and maintain an efficient workflow throughout the 3D production process.
• Phối hợp với đội ngũ trong quá trình hoàn thiện thiết kế và sản xuất / Collaborate with the team to finalize designs for production.
• Chào đón freelancer và sinh viên đại học đang theo học ngành thiết kế 3D / Freelance designers and university students majoring in 3D design are welcome.

Phúc lợi / Benefit:

• Tiền lương theo từng dự án (từ 10.000.000), thanh toán theo từng giai đoạn hoàn thành thiết kế hoặc sau khi kết thúc dự án / Project-based remuneration up to VND 10,000,000, paid by design milestones or upon project completion.
• Được hưởng phần trăm hoa hồng từ doanh thu của dự án (thương lượng)/ Additional negotiable revenue-sharing percentage

• Có kiến thức và kỹ năng về vẽ/thiết kế 3D cho anime figure, model, diorama / Knowledge and skills in 3D design for anime figures, models, and dioramas
• Có hiểu biết về vận hành máy in 3D resin và/hoặc FDM là một lợi thế / Understanding of resin and/or FDM 3D printer operation is a plus.
• Có tư duy tối ưu hóa file và workflow trong sản xuất / Strong awareness of optimization and efficient 3D workflows.
• Tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và đúng deadline / Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
