Mô tả Công việc

We are seeking a Development Testing Center (DTC) Supervisor who will manage the DTC team, provide machine operation training, oversee tooling evaluations, and drive process improvements to support development projects and ensure production readiness.

1. Training & Team Management

Train DTC Team members on machine operation and ensure compliance with standards.
Organize and manage the DTC Team for efficient workflow.
Plan and conduct training sessions for Production Cell Leaders.
Guide workers and Mold Testers to follow established standards and provide improvement suggestions.

2. Tooling & Technical Coordination

Collaborate with Mold, Development, and Production teams to improve tooling based on mold evaluations and technical issues.
Evaluate new tooling projects and update related departments on project status.
Identify and resolve issues related to tooling and injection parts.
Plan, fix, and organize new projects in coordination with the team.

3. Mold Testing & Project Evaluation

Monitor mold testing and mold status regularly.
Evaluate new tooling projects accurately and share test reports with relevant departments, including injection condition documentation.
Review reports and parts from mold testing; assist in preparing reports in English.

4. Efficiency & Quality Improvement

Enhance DTC Team and machine efficiency (A-P-Q, material usage, worker movement, automation).
Monitor daily machine operations, process flow, and quality to ensure control.
Regularly check machine settings and ensure compliance with standards.
Implement and maintain operational standards for the DTC Team.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain SOPs, quality matrices, manuals, packing methods, SWB, and item history records.
Implement SOPs and IDS (Injection Data Sheets).
Manage technical documents and perform special tasks assigned by the Manager.
Report progress and issues to the Manager promptly.

6. Continuous Improvement

Support development projects and complete tasks assigned by Manager.
Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and quality within the DTC Team.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding.
Awareness of mold making and mold design processes.
Proficiency in English and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Management skills (Kaizen, training, team leadership).
Understanding of OEE system.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Education & Working Experience

Technical background required; minimum 3 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding or a degree from a Technical University.
Experience working in a Plastic Injection Molding company in a technical department or related technical role.
Trained in management and manufacturing skills.
