Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Marketing Specialist with a knack for creating compelling content and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles. This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller who can not only produce high-quality content but also understands how to leverage it across various digital channels to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy: Produce a wide range of high-quality content, including articles, white papers, blogs, case studies, press releases, email marketing messages, and web copy. You will also be responsible for developing and producing video content, such as TVCs (Television Commercials), and presentation materials.
Editing and Oversight: Serve as a lead editor, overseeing the entire content production process from initial concept to final publication. This includes assigning projects, editing drafts, and ensuring all content is clean, concise, and consistent with the company's tone and mission.
Digital Marketing Integration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader digital marketing strategies. You will be expected to leverage a basic understanding of digital marketing to optimize content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
Industry & Audience Research: Stay current with the latest bioinformatic industry trends, customer challenges, and best practices in content marketing and digital media. Use these insights to develop a data-driven editorial calendar and create more impactful content.
Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with senior leaders, graphic designers, and internal departments to develop effective communication strategies. You will also be a champion for innovation, constantly testing new content formats and distribution channels—such as data visualization—to improve engagement and performance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
Open to learning coding, or coding hands-on experience preferred.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
