Role Objective
Support the Digital Marketing team in executing campaigns, managing marketing data, and preparing performance reports to ensure smooth marketing operations and accurate performance tracking.
Core Responsibilities
● Assist in setting up digital advertising campaigns under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Director.
● Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports including campaign results, traffic data, and lead metrics.
● Schedule social media posts and marketing content according to the marketing content calendar.
● Input, update, and maintain marketing data across dashboards and tracking sheets.
● Coordinate between marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure campaign execution.
● Verify campaign setup details, links, and tracking parameters before campaigns go live.
● Maintain organized records of campaigns, creatives, and performance data.
● Support additional marketing, reporting, or operational tasks assigned by the Digital Marketing Director when required.

● Marketing Data Report Accuracy: >99%
● Weekly & Monthly Reports Delivery: Delivered on schedule
● Campaign Setup Turnaround Time: 99%
● Task Completion Rate: 100% of assigned tasks completed
Performance Targets
● Weekly and monthly reports delivered on time.

Skills & Qualifications
● Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and reporting tools.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
● Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Looker Studio is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to learn quickly and follow operational processes.
