Mô tả Công việc

  • Responsible for Marcom and Performance activities across Digital channels and online communication touchpoints for the brand.
  • Manage, supervise, and support activities related to the company's E-commerce and Online Retail channels.
  • Responsible for managing the brand's Digital Assets – Website, Facebook Fanpage, Instagram, Zalo, etc.
  • Collaborate with advertising partners to propose digital communication activities, develop, build, and maintain the Brand's Website, Facebook Fanpage, and E-commerce sales channels (Storefront, Shop-in-Shop) for activities linking communication and online business.
  • Organize and oversee regular meetings with advertising partners to control content, and execute progress according to KPIs & timelines of each advertising campaign.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising budget investments for Digital channels.
  • Analyze and evaluate communication effectiveness based on digital KPIs, and propose improvements for subsequent communication campaigns.
  • Database Marketing - Manage the database collected in each communication campaign and report on implementation effectiveness according to a long-term marketing roadmap (> 3 years).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in digital measurement tools.
  • Creative, sociable, enthusiastic, and highly analytical.
