Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing to lead key initiatives to bring BioTuring's brand purpose and strategy to life and contribute to the achievement of BioTuring's annual and long-term sales, market share, and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the development and cross-functional implementation of strategic digital and social marketing roadmaps.

● Conduct digital marketing audits (SEO, paid media, content, email, social-LinkedIn, facebook) to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

● Analyze multi-channel data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

● Optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring cost-effective targeting across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

● Implement AI-powered marketing tools for automation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

● Benchmark competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities.

● Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining marketing strategies.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Proven track record of optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

● Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and analytics.

● Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools

● Open to learning coding, or coding hands-on experience preferred.

● Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
